MEET ME On THE
N ST. MARY'S STRIP

The N St. Mary's Strip is more than a pivotal element of Tobin Hill's character; it's one of San Antonio's most venerable entertainment districts. Serving up a vibrant mix of dining and nightlife options, the Strip is a place where the essence of Tobin Hill comes to life, day or night. It's a testament to the area's appeal among both its residents and businesses.

St. Mary's inclusion on this year's Fiesta Medal signifies the communities continued collaboration and relationship between the commercial and residential interests, aiming to forge solutions and nurture Tobin Hill's spirit of cooperation.

THE PEARL
DISTRICT

Shopping & Luxury

Today, the Pearl stands as a dynamic mixed-use development, seamlessly integrating residential, commercial, and cultural spaces. It features an array of restaurants, retail outlets, and offices, complemented by public areas designed for community gatherings.

Additionally, the Pearl houses a renowned culinary institute and hosts a beloved farmers market every weekend, further establishing its role as a community focal point. As one of San Antonio's premier destinations, the Pearl successfully unites both locals and tourists in a space that welcomes everyone.

Founded in 1883, the Pearl Brewery emerged as a pivotal player in San Antonio's industrial scene, mainly producing the renowned Pearl Beer. This facility played a critical role in the city's economic growth, job creation, and community engagement for more than a century.

When brewing operations ended in 2001, the Pearl's legacy as a significant historical and economic force continued to be celebrated, marking a significant chapter in San Antonio's evolution and closing a chapter for one of Texas's major breweries.
